1. Scope of application
DCS-50ZF2 is mainly suitable for quantitative packaging of 20 to 60 mesh crushed rice husks.
2. Features
1. Specially designed three-sensor support. This structure eliminates the problems of stress point offset and signal distortion caused by uneven distribution of materials in the weighing hopper.
2. The specially designed airtight working room of the sensor completely isolates the corrosion and wear of the sensor by rice flour, dust, and water vapor, which greatly prolongs the trouble-free operation time of the equipment.
3. Friendly man-machine interface, simple and convenient equipment operation, reduce labor intensity, improve the intelligent level of workshop operation, intelligent storage of production reports, and data communication functions.
4. There are manual and automatic control modes, which can be manually operated to control the feeding and feeding mechanisms respectively, which is convenient for cleaning.
5. High-precision weighing sensor and quantitative controller are adopted. The controller adopts high-performance A/D converter with a conversion rate of 240 times per second and an input sensitivity of 0.5μν/d. The measurement accuracy is high and the stability is good.
6. The specially designed multi-stage feeding mechanism, combined with the control algorithm of the controller, makes the weighing speed and accuracy of the scale fast.
7. The parts in contact with the material are made of stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and prolongs the service life of the equipment.
